At last week’s Georgia Public Policy Foundation annual dinner, Georgia GOAL Scholarship Program President, Lisa Kelly took the opportunity to thank all of the scholarship families, contributors, private school communities, and legislators who have made the Georgia Education Expense Credit program a great success.
