While attending The Art Institute of Atlanta with assistance from the Vera Jackson scholarship, blossoming artist Kevin Chambers sculpted a bust of Ms. Vera Jackson, and presented one to each program mentor. Since then, he has become one of the most popular figurative sculptors in the country.
Kevin was commissioned to create the Alpharetta Veterans Memorial, which is set for completion this fall. A dedication ceremony will be held on November 11 at 10 am at the Veterans Memorial Plaza on the eastern lawn of Alpharetta City Hall.
